I can say from personal experience that giving up added sugar and refined carbohydrates have helped relieve my joint pain to a great extent and I  encourage people to try it for a month or so to see how much better you feel!  Having taken that step, though, I still suffer from age-related bursitis in my hips.  Although the pain is diminished, it still affects me to a certain extent.  I’m going to get some of the Nopalea drink and see if that helps.  I’ll let you know.  Thank you for posting!
