    This is a rather timely article. I am residing in Mexico and it, along with Costa Rica, uses lots of pesticides. Sometimes I have bouts of discomfort and I wonder if I have ingested contaminants and if it is affecting my liver. Once I was quite certain I had a touch of food poisoning.
