  3. If all this guide can be followed and goals are achieved, it would be a great opportunity to live a fulfilled healthy and natural life. Good food and exercises cannot work well to meet our lay down health goals without proper sleep. Sleep itself is medicine.     Switching to a healthier lifestyle is my top priority now. For the past few days, I am  gathering information by watching videos of Dr. Raymond Francis and  Dr. B M Hedge. People have goals for their wealth but not for their health.

    Often by spoiling our health, we will earn wealth and later we will spend our wealth to get a good health. There is no doubt, we can’t attain the required minerals and vitamins by eating these modern foods. So supplements are a must.
