  4. Aside from having a healthy diet and exercise plan, I think there’s one more important thing someone suffering from HBP should do to take care about it. It is anger management, now to not reactive angry when things don’t go as expected. 

    My father recently suffered a stroke because of HBP, and half of his body has been paralyzed. My well-off sisters support him now with food that were mentioned by you in this article. The healthy diet and the exercise the physical therapist recommends helps in his recovery. But from to time, I noticed that everytime he gets mad, his condition deteriorates back.
