  3. Hello Jack, this is an interesting article. Living healthily has been my major goal though I’ve been unable to attain it yet since the work I’m doing doesn’t permit me so much space and time. My activities cannot follow a pattern because of uncertainties at work, sometimes I finish early and most times late in the night. I do actually find those tips worthy of trying.   4. I completely agree it is possible to achieve a healthy lifestyle. It takes a lot of time to get used to it but it feels really good. I became vegetarian to pursue that goal and I do not regret it. And after 6 years, I would like to add to that some physical activity. But I have always been lazy to exercise, maybe I need a fitness partner to push me. We’ll see…
