    Self-esteem is a very big issue because if you have low self-esteem, there’s every possibility you won’t achieve your full potential. I used to suffer from low self-esteem because of my body, I felt I was fat. After, hitting the gym for a couple of months, changing my diet and cutting back on fizzy drinks my body is now more toned. Most people can’t see my abs, and all that but it really gives me confidence when I walk. This affects my self-esteem and now I believe I can achieve whatever I set my mind to do.
