  3. While I love eating Burgers and Fries as much as the next person… I would actually say I eat homemade meals on most occasions because my wife is an amazing cook!

With that being said: I’m actually trying to lose weight myself right now, and I’m really struggling. My biggest downfall is loving sweets, before going to bed I always feel that I  need a snack… it’s on the level of addiction because I can’t sleep until my sweet tooth is satisfied.

Do you have any tips for this problem?

Also for exercises I think I’m going to start doing crunches… my wife and I go on daily walks with our dogs but I don’t think this probably burns enough calories to do much good.

Thanks for all the ideas and I look forward to your response.

The best way to help end this addiction in my book is to drink more water, and perhaps do another short walk in the evening, along with something more healthy for you at bedtime instead of sweats, these walks burn off more calot=ries than you think, however, calisthenics is a great idea. 5. Very helpful information! I enjoyed Reading this.

My family has a history of diseases like diabetes and I know how serious they can be. Having followed suit in my parents bad eating habits, :/ I found this post very helpful! I’m glad you mentioned Juicing to help get your nutrients without eating a ton of whole fruit. Also, your mentioning using a blender. Two things I had not thought of.

I completely agree with you on the subject of electronics at meal time. I think that taking the focus off of what you’re consuming is a big cause for overeating. It was a good reminder for me.

Thanks again for all the awesome tips for adding to my healthy new me!
