    I can’t really say that I literally have a Health Toolkit but I love taking care of my body, yes, I do slip a few times in between but I can say that I utilizing my ability to research on the best nutritional and exercise plan for my health. I’ve become a pleasure smoker, from one who smoked at least a packet daily to now going months without taking a puff.

I started following a simple diet plan.  I would make the bulk of whatever I was eating #1 veggies or fruits, #2 fish or chicken, #3 gluten-free pasta or brown rice or quinoa, #4 gluten products and lastly #5 dairy.  This way I found I was getting way better nutrition and keeping the bad at bay.  I don’t follow any particular diet, but I just follow those guidelines, making the veggie portion of my diet huge, and focusing on lots of greens like spinach, kale, arugula, etc.  It’s changed my world around.

    To be honest with you, every year in my new year’s resolution I write exercise and meditation on the “To Do List” but not doing it. Your post made me think more on this subject, and I am determined to implement it from today without fail.   4. What was said in this post actually makes a lot of sense.  I like to be health conscious, but what I have not yet done is created a health toolkit. I think this might even be better than having to purchase any workout plan. As long as one sticks to it, it can actually be of huge benefit. It can even save you some money.

    I don’t think a lot of people think about this and instead just jump into any workout or diet plan been sold or even exercising or losing weight.
