I agree with you, these day’s many people prefer to spend their money shopping for almost everything  instead of spending time to prepare something healthy for themselves,  the most annoying part is the fact that we can not eat balanced diet again, because all this take away food does not contain the right amount of nutrients, and they are prepared with processed ingredients, which are not ideal for our health

    Our environment is no longer safe for our health as a result of bad human activities within the environment, without properly taking care of it in return.

    I have arrived to that conclusion several times. Yes, healthy living is a must. During this quarantine, I have been rescheduling my life: including more exercises and laying special emphasis on what I eat. I’ll definitely give Trivita a try.
