I have to admit that I am a breakfast skipper on a regular basses as I am out the door at 4:30 am . I try to get a quick snack by 8:00 to tie me over .     This is a great topic and one that is important and relevant to everyone. More than anything else we need to maintain optimum health and fitness if we want to fully enjoy life  and achieve.
