    I do believe that the life choices we make do affect the outcome of our lives. However when you mentioned that unfavorable lifestyle choices, such as poor diet, excessive intake of alcohol, smoking, stress, and lack of physical activity contributions to different types of diseases. I do agree but also I believe that those life choices are not the best but that doesn’t give a person a death sentence for engaging in such activities. I know numerous people who have done all of them yet they still remain on this earth in somewhat of a good condition. They’re not bed prone or hospital ridden or have problems where they can’t conduct an everyday task. Also, I have known people who have done the total opposite and have either died early. So I believe that it only boils down to whatever the creator has in store for us.

I  must say that these are really some interesting theories, Yes it does have a lot to do with genetics, as many people can live to be 100, however, if those people followed your advice, probably 75, at my age I have watched so many people die and suffer from not taking care of themselves, it is so obvious, my Father never took care of himself, and he died at 56, and the last 5 years was suffering, Biblically speaking we are called to take care of our selves as well.
