Body Muscle Benefits, Maintenance, And Causes Of Muscle Loss

Muscles play a more significant role in almost every biological process in your body. Therefore, you can achieve the general well-being of the body by maintaining your muscles.

Medically, proper muscle distribution is vital for long-term stable health. For that matter, embracing the technique of preserving muscles is key to a long life of happiness.

The topic of muscle health and distribution is broad. And the benefits of understanding the concepts for muscle maintenance are numerous. In fact, achieving the perfect muscle distribution will require you to observe the following:

  •  Strict diet
  •  exercise
  •  Supplement intake

The three factors are dependent on each other. You can not build and maintain muscles by depending on food alone. Neither will the intake of supplements help you achieve your dream if you are not strict with your exercise schedule. As much as nutrition is the source of the strength of your body, workouts act as trainers for packaging the nutrients into the desired shape.

Dieting provides the bodybuilding blocks for muscle development. On the other hand, supplements help to boost your menu for quick and effective results of maintaining muscle density. Lastly, workouts fix the bodybuilding blocks into shape for appropriate services. Without this, your body will be unable to use the provided nutrition appropriately.

NOTE: According to science, an average person starts losing muscles at the approximate age of 25. Obviously, at this age, a more significant number of youths are still dependent on parents or guardians

For persons ranging from 40 to 70, their muscle loss ranges at an average of 8% per decade. The percentage of muscle loss at 70+ years old stands at 15 per decade.

Body muscle tissues are an essential factor in the metabolism processes. Whereby muscle loss will lead to physical and cognitive decline.

However, you can decelerate the loss of muscles at any given age. And strict adherence to the protocols for muscle maintenance will lead to slow muscle loss or reverse the entire process.

The reasons behind accelerated muscle loss in people include:

  •  Low growth hormone
  •  Prevalence of type 2 diabetes
  •  Inappropriate lifestyle
  •  High levels of the stress hormone
  •  Low testosterone

The inability to manage the causes of muscle loss can make you lose more than what you gain. This makes the process of reversing muscle loss a challenge. Therefore, to reduce muscle loss at an early age, it is advisable to minimize the factors that can trigger an increase in the process.

Getting old is a natural occurrence you can not avoid. However, the impacts of aging can also be minimized. Furthermore, you can delay muscle loss as a result of age. This is possible when you become part of those people who order Trivita’s MyoHealth.

Top Benefits Of Building Body Muscles

1. Muscle supports your joints.

Have you ever experienced joint pains? Maybe they resulted from insufficient muscle distribution.

Many people fear going for workouts because of the outcomes. Feeling severe joint pains after exercise is a normal occurrence. However, this needs not to discourage you from the entire session of body training. Why? Because during workouts, fats are burned down to release the energy required for the exercise. By burning down excess calories or fats, your body gets room for the creation of muscles. It is the burning down of your body’s food storage that will leave you feeling pain in the joints.

Regular workouts will reduce fat distribution in the joint areas and increase muscles. Perfect distribution of body muscles in the joint regions will mitigate the aftermath of weight training. Muscles act as a stable cushion to the joints. They protect the joints from injuries in case you slip and fall, thereby reducing the damage.

2. Muscle helps control blood sugar.

Sugary foods are pleasant to taste but unhealthy to the body when eaten in large amounts. According to science, a diet comprising of large quantities of carbohydrates combined with a sedentary lifestyle will expose you to diabetes and obesity. A more significant part of the population in the US is obese and diabetic.

We usually lose the point when we view diabetic patients as heavyweights. The fact is that you can have a healthy weight but still have sugar imbalances. To be on the safe side, you need to find a solution for fixing the sugar distribution in the body.

Muscles act as body storage for glucose. Whereby, increased amounts of muscles will reduce the levels of sugar found in the blood. Purposely, to counter the increasing levels of glucose from the hi-carb diet, you need to invest in building muscles.

3. The process of building muscles improves bone density.

The resistance tension exerted during physical exercise for muscle growth also improves bone density. The ketogenic diet which is advisable to enhance muscle mass contains minerals like calcium and magnesium. Vitamins D and K also form part of the menu. These nutrients are essential to the growth and development of bones.

Cheers Jack, I’ve been looking into increasing my muscle mass recently as I’m getting older I’m feeling less able to do the usual level of fitness workout and training and I feel it’s because I’m not maintaining muscle density so well as I did when I was younger. I’ve known that my body probably can’t do it by itself and I’d be looking at getting a supplement sooner or later. Thanks for the recommendation, I’ll look into this product.

    Hi Jack,

Thanks for this informative post. I do quite a lot of high-intensity exercises, such as mountain biking and circuit training. But if I have a break or get out of my routine my muscle mass reduces quickly. Maybe something like Trivita’s Myohealth would be suitable for me.
