  3. I couldn’t agree more with you on this one Jack, I’ve tried doing a lot of unnatural diet plans which worked but only temporarily because eventually I got tired of them and went back to my original ways – Good ole jogging and mealtime eating of breakfast, lunch, and dinner! 

    My friend told me that some fruits have way too much sugar content and should not be eaten too much like the mango, is this true or it doesn’t really affect us much?
