Diet affects your whole body. Everything. When you are on a bad diet you just don’t feel good. A diet full of colors gives you nutrients. Yes, you do need fat in your diet. A diet low in fat might be harmful to you, you just need to choose the right fats, like avocados and nuts. Eating at home is the best. A home-cooked meal. Yum.
