I had heard that fish oil was good for you but did not realize the extent of the benefits. The only thing that I don’t care for is the capsule. Is there a fish oil product in its raw form? I would rather mix it with something and drink it rather endure the feeling of a pill going down my throat.
Even if they mix with other items, even if they had some sort of powder that could be mixed it would be nice.
