    Thank you for this wonderful article Jack. It was really inspiring. I used to feel down for a year or a so for no particular reason. I realized I needed to check what was wrong with my emotions, how can I fix that in my personal relationships and also what can I do to improve my health and everyday life.

    I started eating only healthy, organic foods. If I eat meat I always tried to pick domestic made, non conservated meats. I started eating a lot of fruit, vegetables, and smoothies. I also started working out way more. This is where I found the most benefit from.

    Having to exercise three days a week really made me feel filled with energy and my mind was more positive. It is true what they say that healthy body creates healthy spirit.

    Hi Jack,

    I’m with you when you explained that intake at least 8 glasses of water a day minimum. We need to add in the summertime and/or if we exercise.  It is important that the first thing in the morning, we drink at least 2 glasses because during the night, the body still working and in the morning we often have are mouth dry. It is true that when we are dehydrated, we might feel more tired, more irritated, might feel a headache and sometimes we don’t feel it but we feel more stress. It is probably related to the survival aspect of our subconscious I guess?

    Some studies have shown that exercises will bring more happiness and a better way to see ourselves. I do not have the study with me at the moment but I read a study from an American Psychologist who did some experimentation on a patient who was the victim of depression and instead of giving them medication/drugs, she suggested to do one hour of High-Intensity Interval Training known as HIIT.  The result was amazing and 90% of the case was positive to the experimentation. 

    I love the saying you are what you eat and I like what you explain.

    I think you have to approach the wellness side of life from a number of angles, and you have covered most of them within this post. Be conscious, eat-invite, and a little more. The undercover to good living is certainly eating healthy and living through a healthy life. How do I improve my health and every day? After reading the article, I found out. Build regular and moderate eating habits. Increase the fiber content in the food list. Reduce the diet of fats and fats. Stop completely frozen and fast food foods. Drink one to two glasses of water at the beginning of the meal. Drink water at least one to two hours after the meal and at least 8 glasses of water a day; I started eating a lot of fruits, vegetables, and smoothies. I also started working out way more Good music is needed to maintain mental health for today’s busy world. I love listening to music when I feel depressed; I hear songs that give me emotional peace.
