Joint pain
Stiffness
The above symptoms are common in the event of an arthritis infection. Further, persons with arthritis will experience a decrease in motion. Especially resulting from the pain and stiffness of the joints. In addition, the skin around the joints may appear red. The symptoms seem to worsen in the morning.
Rheumatoid Arthritis may cause you to feel extremely tired. As if that is not enough, you may experience a decrease in appetite. According to professionals, this comes about as a result of regular body inflammation. Whereby, the immune system becomes overwhelmed and in the end, it affects the usual functioning of the body.
Furthermore, RA can lead to anemia. An anemic person is that one who has a smaller red blood cell count. As the condition persists, you may start to experience a slight fever. If left untreated, severe RA may lead to joint deformity.
What Causes Arthritis?
Reduction in cartilage distribution
Cartilage is a tissue that connects bones. It is firm and flexible. Majorly, it protects the joints by acting as a shock and pressure absorber. Shock and pressure come about when you put stress on the joints and when you move. Therefore, a reduction in the amount of cartilage tissue may result in some forms of arthritis.
Normal wear and tear
This is the major cause of osteoarthritis. And it is a common type of arthritis. In the event of an injury or infection in the joints, normal wear and tear happen. These situations trigger the natural breakdown of the cartilage tissue.
Heredity
A family history of arthritis puts you at a high risk of developing the disease. Mutation plays a big role in the process of carrying genetic materials from one generation to the next. Osteoarthritis is common in such events.
Autoimmune disorder

Rheumatoid Arthritis is a frequent form of autoimmune disorder. This happens when your immune system attacks the normal healthy tissues. As a result of the attack, the synovium is injured. Remember, it is a soft tissue in the joints. Mainly, it produces a fluid that nourishes your cartilage. Plus, the substance acts as a lubricant for the joints.
Therefore, RA is a form of arthritis that comes about as s a result of the injury or infection of the synovium. Once the infection affects the soft tissue, more shock, pressure, and friction develop in the joints. Eventually resulting in the destruction of the bone and cartilage inside the joint.
How is Arthritis Diagnosed?
For a sure diagnosis and treatment, pay a visit to your primary care physician. At this moment, a physical exam is carried out. Aim to check for fluid around the joints, limited range of motion in the joints, and warm or red joints. After which your doctor can refer you to a specialist.
In the event of severe symptoms, create an appointment with a rheumatologist. Here, you will get a faster diagnosis and quick treatment.
By extracting and analyzing the inflammation levels in the blood, your doctor will be able to determine the kind of arthritis. Also, joint fluids help in the determination of the type of arthritis in the picture.
During the diagnosis process, several blood tests that check for specific types of antibodies are used.

Hi,
Some excellent natural remedies for arthritis I have tried are:
– warm and cold therapies to use as needed;
– gentle range-of-motion exercises (you may want to invest in a stretch band or a foam roller);
– soaking with Epsom salts every day, especially on a cold night.
That said, if I was going to personally deal with my arthritis any differently than I am now, it would be only by adding more movement into my life and I’d probably try this Promeric 95. Thanks for the recommendation. I’ll let you know how it goes.
