I too am a promoter of healthy living and eating.  Therefore, I am always looking for ways to have a better quality of life.  This site is easy to read, easy to navigate and very well organized.  I have used TriVita products in the past and I really liked them.  I agree with your title, eat well stay healthy and I am extremely grateful for second chances when we have not always gotten it right.  I ordered the B-12 in the past; however, after reading this, I will consider some of the others. Thank for this informative post.

I had heard that fish oil was good for you but did not realize the extent of the benefits.  The only thing that I don’t care for is the capsule.    Is there a fish oil product in its raw form?  I would rather mix it with something and drink it rather endure the feeling of a pill going down my throat.

Even if they mix with other items, even if they had some sort of powder that could be mixed it would be nice.
