I absolutely agree that a healthy diet enhances your immune system.   You are what you eat said a French Dr or Academic – I believe. I hope to hear from you soon, sincerely, Jack P.S, I take Nopalea for inflammation, remember when you have inflammation around damaged areas IE bones and joints you can be in real pain. my pain is almost to nothing  with a bulging disk and other damaged areas from powerlifting in my younger years. I am a firm believer in Trivita products. I also take Gluco manage as type 2 Diabetes is very prevalent in my family, it keeps me out of pre-Diabetes as well.
