Andy
Hi and thanks for sharing this. From reading this article I’ve learned more about blood chemistry than I anticipated. In my opinion, there are three starting factors that drive blood health issues, no surprises here. Firstly genetics, secondly lifestyle particularly as regards exercise but also stress levels and thirdly diet. You could argue that age is another factor. I have certainly found that as a younger person I could eat pretty much whatever I liked and my blood tests would come back fine. In recent years, not changing my diet I am starting to have increased cholesterol levels. So I have to change my diet and reduce dairy in particular. I have tried supplements as well to reduce cholesterol but because I have taken these in parallel with dramatic diet changes, i.e. eliminating dairy entirely, it is hard for me to discern the effects of the supplements. Thanks Andy

Thanks for reviewing Trivita. I thought about buying one for myself since my previous supplements don’t seem to be working. Is there any age restriction for each product? I’m also quite interested to buy GlucoManage. It seems suitable for my dad. Can we buy it without a doctor’s prescription? Thanks for the answer.

Groomy Dude
Hi Collins,
I have been on blood pressure medication for a couple of years now and not real happy about it. I have had good cholesterol levels and blood pressure my whole life. Now nearing fifty, I suddenly have been battling this.
I have learned a lot about blood by reading your article. That is where I am at right now. As you said, High Blood Pressure is a result of lifestyle choices. I think I am at a point where I can manage my blood pressure by making the necessary changes and get off of prescription medication.
Even if I had to go to a more natural supplement as you have here, it would be an improvement in my mind.
Thanks for sharing this info!
