Lower Sugar Levels Naturally With Highly Rated Natural Supplements
Lower Blood Sugar Naturally By Your Knowledge-Based Options
Frequent and persistently high levels of blood sugar (hyperglycemia) often lead to the damage of nerves, organs, and blood vessels. The problem is a precursor for diabetes, and it could also lead to other serious health problems such as ketoacidosis or the build-up of acid in the blood.
Basically, the intake of carbohydrates and their subsequent conversion to glucose contributes to high blood sugar. If this sugar is not converted to a form that can be stored or used as a primary source of energy, then the build-up in the blood leads to high blood sugar levels.
Common causes of high blood sugar:
– Stress or illnesses
– An excessively sedentary lifestyle
– Diabetics who forget to take their glucose-lowering drugs or insulin may experience hyperglycemia
– Consuming a high amount of refined carbs
– Infections

Key Ingredients in Trivita GlucoManage Formula and How they Control Blood Sugar
– Gymnema Sylvestre
Gymnema Sylvestre is an herb commonly used in the Ayurvedic treatment of diabetes in India. The herb’s formulation can reduce fasting blood sugar in insulin-dependent diabetes. It also reduces your craving for sweet foods and snacks by suppressing your taste buds’ ability to taste any sweetness. The herb also promotes sugar uptake from the bloodstream by cells while limiting sugar absorption in the gut.
– Cinnamon
Cinnamon helps improve the response of your body’s cells to insulin. This results in quick sugar absorption into cells thus lowering blood sugar.
– Bitter lemon
Bitter melon has some lectin content, which reduces blood sugar levels by suppressing your appetite.
– American ginseng root

American ginseng is known to reduce post-meal blood sugar levels by approximately 20% in both healthy and diabetic individuals. The formulation of this herb’s roots works by improving your body’s cells’ response to insulin while also increasing the production of insulin.
– Banaba leaf extracts
The Banaba plant extracts contain corosolic acid and ellagitannins, which are known to have a hypoglycemic effect on humans. The acid has the ability to reduce blood sugar levels significantly within one hour. The ellagitannins are responsible for some of the observed insulin-like activity of the Corosolic acid.
The extract works through various mechanisms, which include decreased gluconeogenesis, impaired hydrolysis of starches and sucrose, and enhanced glucose uptake by cells.
– Vanadyl sulfate
It increases insulin’s effect, and it may also be acting like insulin. People that receive a dose of Vanadium show modest increases in insulin sensitivity and their need for insulin declines.
Apart from these herb extracts, the Trivita GlucoManage formulation also has different types of minerals and vitamins, which include Thiamine, vitamin B12, Magnesium, Zinc, and Biotin. Like herb extracts, these minerals and vitamins also aid in high blood sugar control.
– Thiamine
Type I and II diabetics often experience severe deficiencies of vitamin B1 or thiamine. Thiamine is essential in the control of blood glucose at the cellular level. In both types of diabetes, kidney function gets altered, and this leads to increased Thiamine excretion and reduced thiamine reabsorption.
Therefore, using Trivita GlucoManage Formula increases Thiamine, which aids in blood sugar level control for diabetics that experience its deficiency.

– Biotin
Vitamin B-7 or Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin that is part of the B-complex vitamins. The vitamin helps in glucose production and the metabolism of fatty acids. Research findings indicate that the intake of Biotin alongside Chromium can help in lowering blood sugar among diabetics.
– Magnesium
Magnesium deficiency is commonly observed in 25% to 35% of patients with type II diabetes. The deficiency is particularly common in diabetics who don’t have proper control of their blood sugar levels.
Systematic reviews on eight research attempts have shown that the use of Magnesium supplements for 6-24 weeks among people with pre-diabetes, diabetes as well as healthy people leads to reduced fasting blood sugar levels when compared to placebo. Basically, it works by improving insulin secretion and insulin action in the tissues.
– Vitamin-B12
Patients with type II diabetes often experience Vitamin-B12 deficiency, which is a side effect of Metformin medication. This deficiency often leads to neuropathy (nerve damage) because of the adverse effects of hyperglycemia. Vitamin B-12 is responsible for the healthy development of the nervous system. As such, it’s added in the Trivita GlucoManage formulation to help in preventing nerve damage.
– Zinc
Like Magnesium, the excretion of Zinc through urination increases with the increase of blood sugar levels. As such, diabetic people may have lower Zinc levels in their bodies when compared to healthy people. Zinc assists in the secretion and production of insulin. Therefore, its inclusion in the supplement aids in insulin production and secretion, which in turn betters blood sugar level control.
How should you take the Trivita GlucoManage Formulation?
This supplement is ideal for diabetic adults and children above 12 years of age. Patients within this age range should take four capsules a day for optimal effect. You should take two capsules before breakfast and two before supper for the first whole month. Thereafter, you can reduce the dosage to two capsules per day.

A regular exercise regimen can help your body to improve its insulin sensitivity, while also helping you to reduce weight. Note that being overweight predisposes you to diabetes. Increased insulin sensitivity betters the ability of your body’s cells to use the glucose in your blood, thus reducing its levels to a manageable point. The exercises also assist your body in utilizing the sugar from your bloodstream to power muscle contraction. Ideal exercises include hiking, biking, running, swimming, and brisk walking.

The Role that Diet Plays in Blood Sugar Control
Taking a diet that is high in carbohydrates or meals with a high glycemic index leads to increased accumulation of glucose in the blood and other derivatives of the carbohydrate diet. Insulin helps in reducing the blood sugar level by helping in the movement of blood glucose into the cells.

When the normal functioning of insulin fails, this metabolic path fails, and blood sugar levels rise. Therefore, you are advised to reduce carbohydrate intake, and avoid foods with a high glycemic index.
You can achieve this by implementing the portion control method, which allows you to estimate the number of carbs that you take, to avoid taking more than you need.

Hi Jack. Thanks for this useful review on how to take good care of ourselves while controlling high blood sugar. I do hear about trivita and Myohealth. I have heard many testimonies about how they work best for controlling high blood sugar. Therefore, they are highly recommended by me too. I have a normal blood sugar but I don’t joke with exercise. This is because I believe exercise is part of those things that can make me fit and prevent me against unnecessary diseases. I mostly do jogging and some ABS and glute workout. My Daily Pointers
Diabetes runs in my family and I have been tested for low blood sugar. The test results came back negative but I know I must watch my body closely. If I do not eat in the morning, I develop headaches, nausea, dizziness. However, a simple glass or juice or piece of fruit in the morning prevents all of that.
I prefer to do things naturally without medication so I was happy to see some of your suggestions. Cinnamon is something I use on a daily basis.
Just as a side note – in your one heading you have ‘bitter lemon” but talk about “bitter melon’. I suspect it is just a typo.

RoDarrick
Thank you for putting this up, Jack. I engage in exercises daily for at least an hour so I think I’m very good based on my exercise level. However, supplements have become the new cool especially based on the rate at which the industry is booming and the healthy effect it has on us. Also, I think my sugar level is pretty much balanced since I have been a healthy eater right from my college days and as such, I don’t consume carbs often. But, having one or two of the suggested supplements might be of help in maintaining my sugar level too. So I think, I will go with the trivita GlucoManage Formula. Thanks
