Do you really think we need supplements for gut health if we are already healthy? I know it’s good to take something when we are on anti-biotics as they kill natural gut flora and I know that my husband takes supplements because he has no thyroid and has to take daily thyroid supplements. I didn’t think that I needed anything though as I am pretty healthy? I even drink kombucha which is supposed to have billions of good things in it for gut health. My husband takes Yakult from the supermarket. The little milky drinks. Would your product be a good alternative to these?
