    I was also glad to see blueberries, turmeric, broccoli, and pumpkin seeds on this list because I don’t eat fish anymore so I’m missing out on my omega fatty acids.

    About a year ago I  went whole food plant-based and have been vegan for most of that time. To replace the fishy omega I eat flax seeds with my morning oats. Do you know if flax will give me the same memory benefits?   

    I’d be interested to know what ingredients go into these supplements and if any of them are vegan.
