Hello,
I have known for a while that collagen is good for your gut health, amongst the other things that you describe (some of them, like for the skin, I didn’t realize) and thus I tend to make broth sometimes. Now I can’t make broth all the time, can I? So I am definitely interested in buying a supplement that supports my health overall, thanks for showing me this product!

Dbrae
This is a questions I have recently begin to look into and return to every so often. I experience dry skin easily (except for my face, which tends to get oily as the day goes on) – regardless of the weather. In addition to using moisturizer, I also have started to include a daily single supplement of vitamin a, e, c, d, and zinc. It is supposed to be for eye health, but with all the other nutrients, it seems good for skin care as well. Luckily, except for beans, I also like to eat all the foods mentioned in your list of collagen sources!
