    Greetings! Great article about supplements for adults! I so need a couple of these in my life. I do take a supplement for stress, but I know I could more. I think this article brings to the forefront how important it is to our health to get the proper nutrients, and that we cannot always get them from food. I feel like I would have to be eating all day to fit in! Another one I know I could benefit from is the Vitamin C. I might buy orange juice about once a month and that is terrible on my part, but I struggle with chronic and Basilar migraines and oranges are a trigger to me, so this is where a supplement would be of most benefit to me.

The subject is something that I am taking an active interest in right now, thanks in part to my wife who is in UK NHS Primary care, but has an interest in how the body works, and what supplemements we as piscaterian’s ( non meat eaters!) need.

    Now while I know nothing about the supplements you are talking about, I do agree with what you are writing about and am pleased to say that I do drink more now of water, certainly in terms of fruit and veg, then yes they are important to your diet and if you are not actually eating them as a purpose, like I wasn’t, replacing what you used to eat, with a fruit for example is a good idea. I have a Banana with my coffee.

    These supplements are actually a good way to increase our immune system, in go,plus the detail you have gone into is very good. I don’t have this one buit do take a supplement for Vitamin C i believe it is, that I usually take each morning with some freshly squeezed orange.

    I eat a lot of fruits and greens but as you’ve mentioned, age is an unavoidable factor where we need more than our normal portion. Vitamin C and garlic are two supplements I need for my sinus and most recently turmeric supplement for my knee problem. Although I use turmeric spice for many of my dishes in cooking, there is no way I could use it more except to eat them as a supplement.
