Great post! I agree with you. Living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t need to be expensive. All we need is to have a constant intake of natural healthy food and activities to supplement the living we want regardless of the reasons.
According to studies, the food we eat affects our moods and our whole being. So, eating natural foods with matching active lifestyle will eventually change the way we think on ourselves and achieve a “healthy walk in life.” This is what I need for my mental health. Thank you for sharing. 🙂

Hi
A happy life is a healthy life, as long as we get the right mind set, get enough rest, right amount of nutritional food and stay hydrated. As long as we have a life in balance, we can deal with the many challenges which we all face daily. It is how you deal with those challenges tells us how good your life is or will be.
I really enjoyed the article as you have addressed all of the relevant issues. Undersleeping is addressed a lot but I wonder what would happen if you continously oversleep, as I cannot imagine it will be good for you.
Thanks

Thankfully, I am doing most of what you state in this article but I still have a problem with drinking enough water as well as with getting enough sleep…
Drinking water is something that I can easily control but unfortunately getting enough sleep is not since I don’t have an on/off sleep switch which would be awesome to have 😛
Any tips to solve this sleep problem?

Thanks for these tips, they’re really helpful. I do my best to have a healthy lifestyle, eat a balanced diet even though sometimes I just can’t give up my sweet pleasures. Also, I tend to drink very little water – especially during the cold season. I know specialists recommend drinking 8 glasses a day, but I hardly drink 2. I simply don’t feel like I need more. Do you think this could be an issue?

What an excellent article!
I can say from personal experience that what you say is true. I have chronic depression and anxiety. When I was at my lowest, I wasn’t eating hardly at all, fled from all physical exercise and used alcohol and tobacco to make myself feel better which just ended up leading to a downward spiral. Since I have ousted the vermin that were negatively impacting my life (negative and abusive people, alcohol and am working on tobacco) and started eating three healthy meals a day and getting at least one walk in per day, my outlook on life and general health has improved dramatically.
I certainly hope that people take your words of wisdom and put them into their daily routine. It made a night and day difference for me. I certainly hope you continue to write more of these exceptional blogs!
