MyoHealth Essential Amino Acids Naturally Enrich Your Muscles

Do you want to boost your athletic performance and strengthen your muscles? Well, think of Essential Amino acids. These are the building blocks of proteins, which are critical for processes such as the synthesis of hormones and neurotransmitters, which regulate immune function and muscle growth

Basically, your body needs amino acids to function properly. However, 9 of the 20 Amino Acids, which are classified as essential amino acids, cannot be produced by the body. They must, therefore, be obtained from diets such as meat, eggs, fish, poultry, and nuts to repair and strengthen your muscles. Alternatively, you can use essential amino acid supplements such as MyoHealth Essential Amino Acids to naturally enrich your muscles to alleviate your pain and build strength in your muscles.

used for the repair and growth of tissues. It is also an antioxidant and an anti-inflammatory amino acid.

The growing population has led to an increased demand for industrially manufactured foods at the expense of traditional meals such as cereals and sunflower seeds. This has made natural foods rich in amino acids and nutrients such as pumpkins hard to come by due to the ever-reducing demand for them.

Moreover, eating diets that are rich in these essential amino acids does not guarantee the recommended intake of essential amino acid amounts. It is therefore important to supplement your nutrient deficiencies with natural supplements.

Using MyoHealth Essential Amino Acids to naturally enrich your muscle stability to alleviate your pain will be beneficial in many different ways, including:

1. Increase Muscle Growth

Essential Amino acid supplement such as Myohealth Essential Amino Acid Complex Lemonade powder and Berry crush contains leucine, which can stimulate muscle protein synthesis. This will result in the growth of healthy muscles

They contain the 9 amino acids, which include;

It is normal to feel sore after a day or two after a workout, especially if you are new to an exercise routine. It is called delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). It develops after 12-24 hours after a workout due to tiny muscle tears and it can last up to 3 days.

Therefore intake of MyoHealth Essential Amino Acid Complex can help decrease muscle damage by decreasing protein synthesis during a workout. Levels of Creatine Kinase, which is an indicator of muscle damage, may be reduced. This, in turn, will reduce the length and severity of DOMS to speed up recovery time.

3. Reduce Exercise Fatigue

Exercise and levels of fatigue depend on several factors that include workout intensity and duration, environmental conditions, nutrition, age, fitness level, and overall health.

Your muscles use amino acids during physical activities such as walking or stretching, which causes the level of amino acids in the blood to decrease. This, in turn, increases the tryptophan amino acid in your brain to increase. It is converted to serotonin which gives the signal that the muscles are fatigued.

However, taking MyoHealth Essential Amino Acid Complex supplement before your workout will ensure that your blood is enriched with amino acids to inhibit the development of fatigue. This will result in improved mental focus during your physical activity.

4. Prevent Muscle Wasting

Muscle wasting is a result of protein breakdown exceeding protein synthesis. This is common among people suffering from chronic illnesses such as osteoporosis, cancer, diabetes, and obesity.

Basically, protein in the muscles is constantly broken down and synthesized. The balance must be maintained between protein synthesis and protein breakdown. It is therefore important for essential amino acids to be replaced in the body to halt or slow down muscle wasting and breakdown.

I’ve heard good things about amino acids so I’m glad to have found your post on a great product here in Essential Amino Acids. Decreasing muscle soreness and reducing exercise fatigue are always things I’m interested in, and that Essential Amino Acid has all 9 of the amino acids is exceptional. I  found value not only if your product references but also to your references to dementia, diabetes, and cancer as well. I’ll save your post to refer back to when it comes time to order some more amino acids, thank you!

  3. Rebamodise

Very insightful post, quiet detailed about the 9 essential proteins or amino acids required to replenishment and growth of muscle. I think your sales point of the Myohealth product is very attractive since you’ve indicated that the 9 amino acids required by the body can be obtained from the food we eat, but not at all times. In order to maintain their intake is if we have a supplement like Myohealth. Not too bad at $89 to someone who doesn’t have to think about it when wanting it, but a bit steep for those that would need it but find it a bit unaffordable.

from your post, I would get it myself

Hey Jack, I’m back again to check out more information on MyoHealth essential amino acid complex. As I said in your other post this is a supplement I am going to try because it is in powdered form and I can drink it for quicker absorption. But after reading this I came to realize something important.

Being that our bodies cannot create amino acids and that they need to come from foods like meat, poultry, fish, eggs and nuts, this MyoHealth will be quite beneficial to Vegans like my girlfriend who eat none of those things except nuts. Though I do not eat meat or poultry, I am what is known as a Pescatarian.

A pescatarian is a person who is borderline vegetarian but not quite there. I don’t eat meat or poultry but I do eat fish and other types of seafood, though I limit these because of mercury content in certain fish. I also consume dairy, eggs, and cheese. So, fortunately, I do eat the food groups to give me amino acids.

Seeing how I am still going to try this supplement as I get up there in age, I really think I should get my girlfriend to check this out being that she is a full-on vegan and only eats a total plant-based diet. I do know that you can get protein and some amino acids from plants but supplementing them is the next best thing.

Although I am not a hardcore weight lifter, I do like to hit the gym at least two to three times a week and I do get very sore muscles from time to time. So sore in fact, that it prevents me from working out the next day. Do you think “MyoHealth Essential Amino Acids” is appropriate for next day muscle healing and regeneration, to where it can always allow me to work out the next day? More importantly, pain reduction in immediate post-workout is my concern.

    1. Jack Butler

Thank you, flowstash, for your very important and heartfelt comments within our better health for today blog, on the myohealth essential amino acids post, as they are key to the overall growth of our site in so many ways. Myohealth is typically focused on senior or people that are suffering other issues than overworking out pain, or heavy bodybuilders. At this point in time, I would recommend only working certain muscles every other day, as that type of pain is probably not beneficial to your goals. I hope to hear from you soon, sincerely, Jack

Hi Jack. Thanks for this detailed post. This is what I was looking for and I am glad to come across this article. Actually, I used to buy and consume several products before. I’ve neglected and stopped using the supplement for a while -busy daily life- and recently I feel tired with the feel of the lack of energy. I want to be back to my body’s status in the past, in which I was more happy and more health.

It seems this MyoHealth Essential Amino Acid would be a good supplement for me.By reading Your article I’m convinced to buy this product. I am going to be back to my body’s status in the past in which I was more happy and healthy. I really appreciate this post and I wish You all the best. Thank You

    Jack,

Thank you for sharing this informative article on amino acids.  Though I always try to supplement my diet with as many rich amino acid foods, you are right that it may still not give the daily amounts needed to maintain muscle growth and weight loss.  I have been wary of supplements in the past; however, MyoHealth sounds organic and natural, so I am considering using it.  The TriVita that you also mention in your article, is this something to take along with the MyoHealth?

Again thank you for this informative article, and the benefits one can receive from MyoHealth.
