Myohealth Reviews: For Your Life of Wellness

Myohealth, Is Your Option For a Pain-Free Life

What is Myohealth

Myohealth is a health supplement that combines all 9 essential amino acids required for effective muscle development and regeneration. Though the supplement was initially created to aid senior citizens on bed rest and astronauts, it is now used by a variety of people for different reasons. As people age, their inability to store protein results in frequent aches in their limbs, pelvis, and back. As we move forward with The Myohealth reviews, for your life of wellness post, your options will be revealed, for your better health for today.

Though Myohealth doesn’t claim to be a miracle cure for these ailments, TriVita, which came up with the formula and product, attests its results are clinically proven. This review will examine the merits of MyoHealth’s health claims, as well as inform potential new users on its components, how it works and possible side effects of frequent use.

Product Presentation

Myohealth comes in the form of powder and vegan capsules. The powder is stored in a small, cylinder-shaped container and bears information about the product on the package. This powder is relatively easy to mix in water. It dissolves rapidly into a lemonade/berry-crush flavored drink.

MyoHealth Vegan capsules are sold separately and ingested the natural way.

Ingredients

MyoHealth’s claim to fame is its blend natural, essential components. It is entirely vegan and merely contains the 9 essential amino acids the body requires to metabolize protein effectively. The patented MyoHealth formula contains the following Amino acids:

– histidine,
– isoleucine
– leucine
– lysine
– methionine
– phenylalanine
– threonine
– tryptophan
– Valine

Other ingredients include magnesium stearate and Hypromellose. Each dose contains 42% of the recommended daily protein intake and 1% of the recommended fat intake.

In addition to helping the body store protein, While all amino acids work similarly, some have particular, essential functions. The amino acid Lysine, for example, affects the release of protein into hair, nails, and skin. Valine and Tryptophan have direct effects on the release of hormones, such as dopamine, which affects a person’s ability to be active.

It is important to note that the body doesn’t naturally produce essential Amino acids. Instead, they are obtained through your diet. Unfortunately, with balanced diets being inaccessible to certain people and the body struggling to use nourishment as effectively, it is common for people to be in a deficit of essential amino acids.

Why You May Need MyoHealth

Myohealth reviews. The picture on a chalkboard illustrating solution, as it eliminates the problem.

Protein deficiency is incredibly common in adults the world over. Naturally, a person’s ability to metabolize protein and all other primary nutritive compounds decline over time. This is because the organs in charge of nutritive seeping as one ingests food start working less effectively as cells die. Age obviously creates lateral damage.

However, it isn’t only senior citizens who may encounter this problem. Protein deficiency can also be a genetic or environmental problem. Some adults may experience protein deficiency as early as in their 20’s because of malnutrition, either past or present. This can occur when too little food is ingested, or the wrong food is ingested.

If you think you are suffering from protein deficiency, you will want to contact your doctor. However, you may also first wish to ascertain whether your symptoms match. If you encounter several of the following, symptoms, you may want to take immediate action:

– Muscle loss
– Fatigue
– Depression
– Back pain
– Neck Pain
– Moodiness
– Muscle inflammation
– Insomnia
– Frequent bruising

How MyoHealth May Help You

If You Suffer From Any of The Symptoms Mentioned Above, MyoHealth May Be The Solution You Seek. However, in order to fully understand the improvements you may expect, you might want to understand how the formula operates, first.

Myohealth works by providing your body with a 190% boost on its amino acid levels. This abundance of amino acids leads to your body metabolizing, transporting and storing protein more effectively. As a result, your cells absorb more protein, which facilitates their regeneration. This protein enables damaged cells to be replaced while encouraging the building of new ones. Instantaneous results of greater protein absorption include boosted energy levels and greater mobility. Gradual results may vary from the loss of pain to muscle growth.

Though Myohealth is predominantly used by seniors, it is also increasingly popular among athletes.

Benefits of Using This Product

Users, the world over will agree that Myohealth is relatively effective. In fact, a variety of testaments from users entail a “life-changing experience” and a “complete loss of chronic back pain.” Because it is a natural supplement, Myohealth can cater to a variety of health problems with very minimal risk of poor body absorption or any of the reactions one may experience with traditional medicine. Here are various ways in which you can expect Myohealth to improve your life.

Energy Levels

The vast majority of Myohealth users report low energy levels, fatigue or lethargy. This can lead to inefficiency at work, an inability to complete basic home care tasks or even, in the long run, depression and weight gain.

It Has Been Scientifically Ascertained That Low Protein Levels Will Lead To Fatigue. It Is Undeniable That The My Health Essential Amino Acid Blend Can Improve Your Energy Levels Drastically.

This product both enables your muscles to maintain themselves efficiently and causes your brain to release dopamine and various endorphins more effectively.

Dopamine will boost your mood and energy, while endorphin compounds will ease physical discomfort and facilitate sleep. With longer nights of deep, replenishing sleep, you can expect to feel rejuvenated and energized in the morning.

Users of Myohealth report more enjoyable, rewarding exercise, a better socializing experience and more “active time” to use on work or leisure. Senior citizens, who are often advised to exercise frequently but moderately, report great improvements in their work out experience after using this product. They report fewer instances of exhaustion and breathlessness, as well as less soreness after exercise.

Mental Well-being

It is common knowledge that low energy levels and constant bodily discomfort may lead to depression or even anxiety. Lethargy can also often lead to isolation, which health professionals strongly advise adults, predominantly those aged 65 and over, to combat. Myohealth does not claim to make people happier, nor is it depression medication.

However, by boosting your body into a protein-storing machine, this blend may lead to better mental health. The majority of users report feeling better in their skin after using this product. There increased productivity and decreased physical discomfort leads, according to various reports, to a “more enjoyable day to day life.”

Libido

In adults of all ages, neurotransmitters need to be working effectively in order to release various hormones, including testosterone, which will guide your libido. The lower your essential amino acid intake, the less effectively your brain will release the hormones that cause physical arousal in your body. By using Myohealth, you are naturally improving your body’s ability to feel aroused or engage in intercourse.

Body Discomfort

The picture of a woman sitting in a chair, holding her back, as she is in severe pain.
Body Discomfort Or Chronic Pain Is Among The Top Reasons People Seek Out Myohealth.
Back pain predominantly is as common among the protein-deficient as it is incapacitating. Myohealth is surprisingly effective at tackling that pain because it alleviates strain in large muscle groups such as the back. This often leads to greater mobility and increased productivity and will not pose the addictive threats of pain medication.

Drawbacks Of The Product

Tolerance BuildingThough this has only been encountered by a few users, it must be noted that after frequent use, it is possible that your body will absorb the amino acids less effectively. This is because protein or amino acid deficiencies involve resistance to the nutrients which is either genetic or the result of aging.

Neither of these factors can be overturned permanently so predictably, your body may need higher doses of supplementation after a while. Thankfully, the dosage can easily be adapted to your own individual needs, following guidelines provided by the manufacturer.

Clammy Taste

Though Myohealth is lemonade-flavored and naturally sweetened, its blend is considered “tasteless” by some users. Some frequent users report having to grow “accustomed to the taste,” while others claim it is rather pleasant. Should you find the blend difficult to ingest, you may want to contact the provider, Trivita, for tips on drink blends that will neutralize the pasty, medicinal taste without affecting the supplement’s potency.

Final Verdict – Myohealth Reviews: Do you Understand your Painful Options?

If you are looking for treatment for your protein deficiency or just want to boost your body’s protein levels naturally, this may very well be the product for you. It is user-approved, has a reputation for providing the health improvements it claims to and has vegan options.

Because MyoHealth uses natural components, it comports no reported “negative side effects.” Unlike traditional medication for chronic pain, it is unlikely to cause you organ damage or lead to dependency.

Now that we have a better understanding of how to alleviate our pain naturally, the right decision is in our hands.

  1. Hi Jack, Myohealth supplement from your descriptive explanation of the product looks quite appealing. What I   love especially about the product is the variety in which it comes from, I mean you can choose the powder form or the capsules, I always prefer supplements that are in the powder form, because I can easily add it to my juice or any other liquid.

From the symptoms you listed that can occur as a result of protein deficiency, it shows how important protein is towards our wellbeing. I must confess that I didn’t know that protein deficiency can cause moodiness.

    Great article, I must say.

  2. Interesting product and reading this was timely as last week I was laid low with a painful lower back strain. As someone who is considered not exactly ‘young’ I was intrigued to learn about how this product can help with aches and pains as well as assisting in recovery after exercise. Unfortunately, I am not able to exercise as frequently as I used to, as muscle recovery seems to take longer these days. I think I’ ll give Myohealth a try, probably the capsule form will be more convenient for me.

I have read many reviews on supplements before, and I know how many try and much as possible to cover the con of the supplement. A supplement made for older citizens and astronauts would have a whole lot of benefits even for younger people because ,I mean, these people need these nutrients more considering the downsides that come with age or having to be stuck at a position or exposed to all forms of radiation for long periods of time.

I’m quite impressed with the Myohealth product and its benefits. Do you think it is advisable to give it to teenagers especially those who have a protein deficiency?

  13. This is a good supplement especially for people who are both in the middle age level or senior level. As you said, our ability to synthesis proteins and amino acids decline over time and it gets slower in the later stages of our lives. But I’d like to caution anyone who will be taking this supplement, please check with your physician first how is the level of your urine creatinine. If it is too high, then hold your supplement from taking this supplement, but if not (I mean, normal level), then there’s no problem taking this.

it was a pleasure to read your well informed article. I have to say that I have learned quite a few things, that I didn’t know prior to reading your post.  For example, how we grow protein deficient as we age. I didn’t realize that absorption of protein will be more difficult.

I love the fact that Myohealth is vegan and contains all of the 9 amino acids that our body requires. I am nearly 50 and my body is starting to show the symptoms that you have provided, especially with back pain, when I sit or stand too long.

I am also glad that it comes in two different forms, I enjoy capsules so that I can swallow without any after tastes. I am curious to whether this product can be shipped internationally, as I live in New Zealand.

  21. Hi, Jack. Sitting in the office too long causes back pain sometimes especially when rushing for deadlines. At the same time, being too busy with work has caused not being able to have the right meals and nutrition at times. Hence, I believe all these contribute to protein and amino acid deficiency and hence my back pain. Since this product has natural components and you have a good review there which I would think it is worth to try out. Thanks for the detailed review!

  22. Great review jack,

I work on the desk a lot and for long hours too, usually around 8-10 hours with short toilet breaks of course. It was alright at first but as I’m getting older, my back starts to feel pain accumulating and my energy levels to withstand that workload is also decreasing.

It might be due to long working hours but I suspect age also play a role because I only started feeling the pain after a few years, it wasn’t because of this before. Do you think MyoHealth can increase my muscle and mass and strength or maybe reduce the deterioration as I get older?

Protein-wise, from gym junkies to people who need some protein supplementation.

The low-fat intake and good proportioning of protein intake per dose definitely gives this product a good start.

There is a bit of a move away from meat with the vegan movement, which is probably playing a part in the protein shortfall that people are suffering from.

  24. I have seen a lot of great supplement article and it seems this one has topped them all. With all your explicit information on nutrition problems (especially protein deficiency) among senior citizens and how MyoHealth works for it is the real answer consumer wants.

My 65-year-old mother is encountering minor health problems probably because of her age. She sometimes suffers from insomnia and a lot of back pains and moodiness. I also observed that her hair once thick and long hair has been thinning and falling out. Luckily, she’s a die-hard of natural health supplements so it wouldn’t he hard for her to take  and consume this product.

I have heard about how important amino acids are. 3 out of 9 amino acid cannot be produced by our own body. It really has its own specific food source. Good to know that Myohealth obtained 9/9 of this important substance. Thank you, Jack, for sharing this and giving us all the details of Myohealth..

  25. Thanks Jack, your review is very interesting.
So Myohealth is for effective muscle development and regeneration and was initially created to help senior citizens.
I’m still younger and active and take a range of supplements and health products but none specifically for those reasons.   Mine are mainly for cellular health, antioxidant protection, vitamins, and minerals. I see this is quite different being amino acids based and helping the body to store protein.
Wow you’ve highlighted some eye-opening risks of protein deficiency.   I’d better keep my protein up.
For the seniors that take this product there seem to be some very real benefits and most importantly improve the quality of life for seniors.
Keep up the great work and reviews.

  26. I am someone that is living with some constant pain at the moment and this has been the case for quite some time. I do not like to take a lot of pharmaceuticals that the doctors love to prescribe so I am on the lookout for alternatives that are natural and helpful.

Myohealth seems like a viable option for me. Since it is all natural and promotes the ability of the body to more effectively use protein, it may very well take care of the pain problems I have. Among other things, muscle pain and joint pain are problems for me.

As I get older I find that my stamina has been greatly diminished with the ravages of age. This also comes from a change in lifestyle. I do a lot more sitting behind a laptop these days and less exercising. It is possible that some of this also comes from pushing myself too hard in my younger days while running marathons and while in the military as well.

I will give Myohealth a try and since there are no ingredients that can harm you, it cannot hurt and hopefully will help. There are at least three things you mention that it will treat on your list that apply to me so I am looking forward to seeing the positive results. Thanks for the review and the tip!

  27. I have studied health and nutrition for many years, and I  have to say I’m always learning new things.  I knew the importance of protein, but honestly, I had no idea that the lack of sufficient protein, and the body’s inability to absorb it so well in old age, could affect so much in the body.  Wow, honestly, as I  get older, I do have so many aches and pains, and my back is a big one.  I find if I sit too long, I actually have trouble getting up without pain.  I am so happy about Myohealth.  This product sounds like it could be the answer to my prayers.  I’m going to give it a try.

  32. Excellent article for me.

I’m 67 and have just realized that I’m over the hill. My doctor just diagnosed me with Leaky Gut and this is affecting my organs, and hormone levels, and in turn my low energy level, higher anxiety, lower hormone levels, and a bunch of other things mentioned in this article… like Fatigue, Depression, Thinning hair, Back pain, Neck Pain, Moodiness, Insomnia, and oddly, Frequent bruising.

I’m supposed to buy a bunch of things to put me back on track to have more energy, reduce my weight, and boost my hormone output by getting my organs back to health. This stuff has the amino acids she prescribed. So, I can get a bunch of stuff with Myohealth

I’m glad I found your article. The research is well done, and your narrative clear and concise. Health-related stuff can be boring and incomprehensible from time to time.

I’m ordering some of this from your site.

    Thank you.

  34. Great post. It seems that Myohealth has a lot to offer, especially to those persons like me, in agony because of different pains in my body – which pretty sucks. I don’t argue with you when you mentioned about libido. When you’re in pain, you can’t really get aroused, you can’t get focused on something more valuable.

Because of these reasons, I’m glad you wrote something about Myohealth, which could be my option to alleviate the pains I have. At least, in that way, I could do more with power and ease, unlike today. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful piece of information. 🙂

  35. nice post sir,  My only question and I saw that you said it was a natural blend.  But is it organic.  I tried looking around to see if it was or not and maybe I didn’t look far enough.  I loved how you said that it contained the 9 essential amino acids because a lot of meat eaters say that this is impossible to find in a plant based diet.

  36. Your review of Myohealth was both informative and surprising.  I was not aware of the many side effects that low protein has on the body, especially as one age.  The 9 essential amino acids used in Myohealth certainly seem to produce the proper balance the body needs.  I was impressed with the product being originally created to help patients on bed rest and astronauts.  This certainly provides product authenticity and awareness.

I will certainly keep this product in mind as symptoms on low protein become more prevalent.  Thanks for a great review.

  38. This looks like an impressive product. I’ve been studying amino acids a little bit and have also read that they can help brain health, in particular. I  didn’t know they might help body aches and pain as well. Did you see any difference in results from people taking the pills or powder? It seems with more people turning to vegetarianism, this might be a great way to make sure they get enough protein. I myself try to eat vegetarian to cut down on fat intake. But I see I may have some of the symptoms you list here. Thanks for reviewing this product.

I like the fact that it comes in a powdered form because I can mix it into my fresh juice or my filtered water. That’s an interesting read. It is comprehensive, too.

I didn’t know that protein deficiency could bring around such disastrous symptoms in the body. Thanks for sharing this.

You mention that this Myohealth product contains all 9 essential amino acids that the body requires for proper metabolic functions. That is quite impressive! Besides being vegan, you have made me understand that this product contains up to 42% of the recommended daily intake of proteins per dose. Would one need to be on special low protein diet when taking it probably to avoid overloading their system?

  49. Hi Jack

Myohealth seems to be promising for those who are amino deficient and those amino acids are essential for the building blocks of life.    My late mum suffered badly with Osteoarthritis and I tried every pill and cream. I tried MSM, Glycosaminoglycans, Chondroitin, fish oil, herbal and non-herbal with no success. It may help some people but others it probably does nothing as we are all individuals.

Being pain-free for a lot of people is only a distant dream. Pain is such a complex thing to deal with, as there is no  one solution fits all approach.

I am glad you wrote this review as it will help some people with  their health issues. I am wondering will Not health interact with prescription medications?

I am happy today that I came to cross with your article because I found one of my problem solutions in this post. In the last couple of months, my mom was feeling some health issues which her doctor described could be the reason for her lack of protein and amino acids. He asked her if she ate enough food which contains protein and amino acids. But one of the health professionals asked me to give her supplements.

So the last couple of days I was looking at many supplements which contain enough protein and amino acids. I am glad that I found this article and come to know about Myohealth. I think this is the supplement which I was looking for.And I love the  part most that Myohealth has no side effects, so no risk involved. I am definitely going with it.

It also sounds like the perfect way for those following a vegan way of life to ingest these valuable amino acids too. I didn’t realize that protein isn’t absorbed as easily as we age. This post is helpful even for increasing awareness around the benefits of amino acids and learning more about the value of protein. I like this product also includes tryptophan which can also help with boosting dopamine which is effective for helping with mood and reduce depression. 59. Thank you for this great review of myohealth. I am doing bodybuilding and I like to drink amino acids during my workout. That way my muscles can constantly be fed amino acids which digest a little easier than regular protein as I would eat at a meal. I am a big believer in amino acid products. I like this one and thank you for writing about it.

I prefer my supplements in powder form as I can easily mix it with my drinks. I like how you have explained how Myohealth works. I shall try this product and hope my back pain will give me a rest.

I have understood some of the medical terminologies which I would never encounter had I not read your blog such as Nistidine, methionine, lysine, valine, isoleucine, Knowing it is 42% of protein per dosage helped me get me interested for it could cover my daily protein requirement per day! One more thing, it goes with great flavors! The benefits are expansive it helps memory retention, muscle tone, mood, libido and heals heart problems, I suppose. It made me understand my painful options. I need a booster like this to get better health and a great quality of life.

  62. Hi Jack – This article is fuel for thought.  I recently started adding protein (by 15 grams) to my breakfast to boost my metabolism.  This was to help offset a recent weight increase.  Prior, my breakfast consisted mostly of carbs.  I’ ve also been concerned about my energy level not being what I feel it should be.  This article perfectly sheds light on the amino acid level of protein.  I’m wondering if I should consider myohealth as well or would that be overkill at this point?

Thanks for the opportunity to read your post!

  65. Hi Jack,

Although I am still far from the age to take this supplement for my own health, it’s still informative and helpful for my parents. They are reaching 65 years now, and I could see some  symptoms mentioned above on both their body and mentality.

I might need to request my parents to read this article to improve the issue comes with age, and I would definitely ask them to try this supplement.

I have some concerns about the drawbacks of this product. For the dosage of tolerance building, is it provided by the manufacturer for Asian elders too or only for western? or it’s the same?

    Thanks!

It not only contains the nine Amino acids but also Magnesium Stearate, and Hypromellose, which are all necessary for the correct functioning of various organs, and for the painless functioning and protection of the muscular system,

It seems easy to take as a powdered drink in water, one must, however, adhere to the dosage given on the container, to get the full effects of this product, and for it to give us the maximum benefit we seek.

It is amazing all the conditions that are alleviated by this substance, fatigue, depression, insomnia, all the various muscle pains, back pain, neck pain, muscle inflammation, and frequent bruising.

  71. Hi Jack,

It is an awesome review of a really helpful product, MyoHealth.

Protein deficiency is a worldwide problem, not only with seniors but many general people in the third world countries and student population who tries to manage their life with a restricted budget. The demand for longer work hours in the corporate limit people’s time to make a balanced meal. They may benefit from this supplement.

I was curious about the percent composition of different amino acids residing in this product.

    1. Some people may need some amino acids more than the others from these 9 essential amino acids. Are there any details about this concern?

    2. I am curious to know, with all these benefits why this product is not rated 10/10?

    3. Can a Triple negative Brest Cancer patient under chemotherapy benefit from this?

I did not know about this product. This review has improved my knowledge and I will share with my friends and family.

I also suffer from constant anxiety episodes even though everything seems to be fine so could really be helpful for my health (physically and mentally). But it doesn’t mean that people should treat the supplement like some prescribed medicine to treat mental problems.

About a decade ago, I severely injured my ankle and had a fairly major surgery where a plate and 8 screws were implanted.  It has caused me issues and I  am wondering if this product would be useful to me.  The ankle tires out easily as well as swelling occurs on a daily basis.  As a result, I often find myself avoiding physical activity because of the pain and inflammation.  And thus, I find I am having even less energy.

  74. As I have shifted, grudgingly, into the second half-century of life, I have become more aware of the need for supplements. Work and other time constraints have led to a less ‘active’ lifestyle. This, in itself, has the knock-on effect of not always feeling as lively as I once had. Add into that, old injuries starting to shout louder than they have done, I am keen to explore supplements and currently just use multi-vitamins.

Myohealth appeals on more than one level, one being the ‘vegan’ option, as I am closer to being a vegan than I am a vegetarian. Finding good quality additions that are available for vegans isn’t always that easy and not always clearly labeled as such.

I think any of the ‘small’ reported downsides are heavily outweighed by the inherent benefits. Anything that can help our bodies functions better as we get older is welcome. Plus it’s a natural product, which appeals greatly. I am certainly drawn towards trying it out as I would like to see how much more energy I might have or how less my levels will be depleted.

Definitely looks to be a supplement worth exploring. My diet and lifestyle are fairly consistent so it would easy to monitor the effects, I could only imagine they would be good ones.

  77. Hi Jack,

Congratulations on writing such an informative article on protein deficiency, I had no idea that our bodies could become do deficient at metabolizing protein caused by the aging process. It’s incredible that the knock-on effects on our health could be so wide-ranging and include muscle loss/inflammation, fatigue, back and neck pain, this is a serious cause for concern however it seems that you have the answer in the amazing product Myohealth, the fact that it boosts your amino acids levels by 190% is a good start to any new health regime, a boost in these levels will kick start the body into transporting and storing proteins more effectively. This leads to new cells being generated in the body and better health.

    Well done

  78. This looks like a very effective supplement and I’ll definitely bookmark this page for when my current supply has run out as I’m always open to trying new things.

It’s true what you say that there are people who lack access to a balanced diet, but equally there are those who are simply can’t be bothered and the flip side of supplements is that they can be used by people to compensate for their own lack of self-care. But that’s an aside and me just sounding off!

One point you make here that particularly resonated with me was how lethargy, fatigue, and low energy levels can lead to depression and anxiety. I’ve experienced this for a number of years and I’ve found that ‘conventional wisdom’ has it the other way round – depression and anxiety leading to lethargy, fatigue and low energy levels.

This has opened my eyes and mind to another way of looking at it, since conventional medicine (ie, pharmaceutical drugs) and medical ‘professionals’ are so focused on treating the symptoms of problems rather than the root cause.

It’s the opinion of many that the reason for this is the vested corporate interest of big pharma – who effectively own the medical profession – in keeping people sick with the side effects of their medication which, of course, requires further medication for those side effects!

More and more people are turning to natural, holistic remedies now and quite rightly so and they are not being put off by the ‘This product has not been tested or approved by the FDA’. To me, that’s all the more reason to try it out!

This supplement sounds great and it’s invaluable to have such a wealth of information from someone so well informed.

If is critical noting that the body requires 18 amino acids and only nine (9) are contained in this product meaning that a recommendation from a physician is necessary if the contained amino acids will address the deficiency faced by an individual.

Also different individuals react differently to intakes thus no negative reactions reported is very encouraging but I would state that any reaction has to be reported and medical attention sought.

I could not agree with you more, that in many cases we should consult our physician, however, I do struggle sometimes with their prescription remedies, we typically they just hide the symptoms, then eventually you need another prescription because of the chemical-based havoc they have caused, so I truly believe in natural supplements most of the time. There are actually 20 different Amino Acids that the body needs to grow and function properly, however, only 9 are essential Amino Acids. I hope to hear from you soon. P.S. I am talking some trusted natural Herbs for my blood glucose, and I am staying in line. I hope to hear from you soon, sincerely, Jack

  91. Thanks for this introduction to better health. I am 66 years old and I am concerned with attaining my best health in a number of ways. I have read a lot of information which says that most of us, especially women are not getting enough protein on a daily basis. Is protein from vegetable sources adequate? Are meat-eaters at an advantage, since they would be getting amino acids with regular meals? So I note that this product has amino acids. It would seem like a benefit to vegans. Am I right?

  92. Very thorough review, Jack!  Having been a former athlete and weightlifting enthusiast, I  know the importance of protein supplementation.  This sounds like an excellent complement to a whole diet and exercise.  Is it just for older adults?  I would think the all-natural product would be good for younger more active adults as well.  Thanks again for your article.  I had no idea that protein wasting causes so many symptoms.  It is important to remain active and proper diet but boosting almost 200x the amino acids in your body gives you a great chance to improve muscles.

  94. Jack, Thanks for your informative article on Myohealth. I usually work through the pain, but find this is more and more difficult with aging. My arthritic back and knees have changed my lifestyle and I am now seeking viable supplements and nutritional advice. I continue with my daily workouts and see no reason to stop, though a lessening of intensity is inevitable.

Myohealth seems a worthy option to consider, especially given its natural components.  I would not be surprised if I had an amino acid deficit and actually had no idea about how they are assimilated or even of their health benefits.

I need to follow your excellent posts more carefully.

  96. I have often wondered about protein deficiency as I grow older, but more for my wife than myself. I  have had a history with sports and muscle building so I  have more muscle than most people at my age but I am concerned about my wife. She is thinner than me but hardly has any muscle and never works out.

I am intrigued by MyOHealth for her as I am concerned that she is going to have more trouble the older she gets.

  97. Hello, Jack! Thanks for this thorough and honest review of Myohealth’s Essential Amino Acid Complex supplement. I had not heard of this product before reading the review, but I feel much more informed afterward. It really seems like it could be of great help to those who are protein deficient. Having all of the essential amino acids present is really a clutch feature.   As for the medicinal taste, while unfortunate, it is to be expected. I’m sure there are many ways of covering that up though and I don’t feel like that should be much of a hindrance to anyone!

  99. Hi Jack,

Thanks for this article. Myohealth seems to be a worthy product indeed. Was it specifically developed for seniors?

In the past, I was very skeptical about the benefits of health supplements. However, when a magnesium supplement helped alleviate the constant (muscular) pain in my shoulder which restricted my range of motion, I became more openminded.

I have one question if you don’t mind. Is this product gluten-free? It’s the first question I ask at a pharmacy. Food allergies and intolerances are beyond a nuisance.  I note that it is vegan.

    Cheers,

    Henri

I believe that I ingest enough protein, but again, I am no doctor and I wouldn’t know. I’ve had some lower back pain and also neck pain, but I thought it was because of stress, and I’ve had a lot of stress over the last months. But what if it is related to a certain protein deficiency …? I should try out myohealth supplement. It combines all 9 amino acids that are required in our bodies. Although I do not take many supplements, I think that this would be a great supplement to have.

(Besides Who can Afford Doctors and Meds these days?)  I was impressed by the information in the video on Myohealth.  I knew Amino acids were vital to the body, but I didn’t know why whey works so well for younger people and less well as we age.

Thank you for the awesome review!  I have never heard of Myohealth before, but I do worry about my protein intake since I work out a lot to build muscle.  A lot of people do not realize that in order to build muscle you have to have protein.  When you combine that with the Amino Acids, this is a good supplement for those who workout too!

  138. Hi,

Some great articles and an interesting read. Initially, I must say that I find the font to be a lot to absorb even if it does stand out. Also, your use of social media plug-ins seems to be extensive. I noticed your paragraph indentation markings on different subjects range from a single live to a double line and then bullet points on different articles. This is a bit much, I have also made as we should try and make our articles spread out the same.
Despite a couple of negative points you have designed a really informative site. Your use of YouTube videos works well and I like your sub-menus. You have “ gone to town” with your reviews and I really like the way they are laid out and the links work really well. The same goes for your submenus.
I also like your subtle amazon links for your supplements like dandelion root. I also take the supplement and had absolutely no idea I could order them from amazon. I think that is a great selling point.

On the whole you have a website which is extremely informative with lots of good links.

These two are so common there is hardly a chance you don’t experience one of both in a week and sometimes we don’t have a drug to use for it. Myohealth would be of great importance if it tackles these things very well. Best regards.

As you stated in your article and it is well-known fact that many bodies cells are dying over the year and thus putting our body (and life) in a difficult situation related to many diseases, so the weakening of our muscle power (thus abilities to move and work) such useful supplements can definitely help.

The thing is that there are so many of them already present on the market. Thus, having proper info and knowing which one helps really good is essential in choosing the right supplement.

Protein is a very important muscular building factor and the catabolism and metabolism process are making possible the energy flows better.

  147. This is a great way to add amino acids to your diet regularly and boost the supply.

Interestingly enough a lot of supplements will have the long term effect that your body does not take up the nutrients from your diet anymore because it gets lazy – the nutrients are supplied.

The best advice, for any supplement, is to only drink it from Monday to Friday and then leave it over the weekends. So that your body does not just get accustomed to being supplied, but still get the right nutrients from your diet as well. This way, you still get the boost needed, but you will also not build a tolerance to it.

This is not good for the body or our muscles. Proteins are what builds and strengthens our muscles.  I think supplement like these are great for getting the nutrition we need.

For example, I work out a lot, and if I forget my protein for even one day, it can have a serious effect on my muscular growth and development.  If I don’t eat protein then I feel weak during the day at work as well.

    Nice work.

  156. Hi there,

Thanks for your review on this Myohealth product. I always learned that there were only 8 essential amino-acids, and in order for muscles to grow/regenerate, all 20 ‘human’ amino-acids need to be in said muscle tissue. Still, essential amino-acids have priority as they need to be ingested through food. I’m personally quite involved in my nutrition. I live a healthy lifestyle and I sometimes use a whey protein shake as a supplement. Thanks for your review!

This is an extraordinary number, in other words, 2 out of 3 people experience protein deficiency.

I think the protein supplement as per your review can help many people find Myohealth as a supplement that they must have, including me too. 161. Thanks a lot for sharing with us such an amazing review about Myohealth

I started going to the gym about 6 years ago. Many bodybuilding and fitness trainers have advised me to try different amino acids because they help a lot in muscle mass. Reading your article I realized that this supplement is very important for people like me who practice this sport. I  really want to try Myohealth and I will definitely have results. Not only the increase in muscle mass is the advantage of this supplement, but also the recovery after the very intense workouts. You gave me a confident reason to use this supplement and I want to thank you.

If you don’t mind, I will share this article on my social media account where I have a lot of friends passionate about fitness. Good luck!

  162. Hi! Nice article, a lot of stuff is described in, but I have a question though – I’m an engineer for foods and what people eat, so I know a lot about these things, now essential amino acids come from meat- grown-ups need 9 of those, children need 11 essential amino acids, I somehow don’t understand them being vegan – is this meant for vegan people? if they are then i Highly recommend using them.

    Cheers,

    Primoz P.

  163. Hi Jack,

I came across the sales page of MyoHealth and amazed at the claims & testimonies. Because of the increased number of scams and products that under-delivers I wanted to do some research and I came across your helpful review. Thanks a lot for the in-depth and detailed review.

This review is so thorough it opened my eyes to all sorts of information I wasn’t aware of and cleared many doubts!

Nowadays it’s going to be a big struggle to get the required vitamins and minerals via the food we intake.  So health supplement is a must to everyone.

The video you embedded is very helpful. After reading your review  MyoHealth is on my list and you left no stone up-turned in explaining how it all works.

  164. I’ve always liked nutritional supplements but it is hard to find products that are only natural and do not contain a lot of chemical stuff, fillers, etc. I’m glad I’ve come across this review. I don’t have any serious health issues but sometimes I am tired even though I don’t work too much and I also have mood swings so maybe I do suffer from protein deficiency.
I also have sometimes a bit pain in the lower back and you are suggesting there is relation to that as well.

  165. This is a very excellent review of Myohealth. Indeed, the lack of proteins in the body causes a lot of unwanted illnesses.

I got to know of this product from my mom’s friend who used to suffer from neck pain until this product was recommended to her by someone. Since then she has been improving significantly.

I like to point out that this product works very well and it does what it says. Senior citizens especially will find it to be very useful. Myohealth is just for anyone looking to boost their body’s protein levels naturally.
